Killswitch Engage are gearing up for a major U.S. tour this summer, bringing a heavy lineup along for the ride. The band announced a June run that will feature support from Machine Head, Iron Reagan and Havok.
The tour kicks off June 3 in Detroit at The Fillmore and will take the bands across several major cities in the Midwest, East Coast and South before heading west to wrap up the run in California. The final stop is scheduled for June 27 at The Warfield in San Francisco.
Along the way, the tour will make stops in cities including Minneapolis, Raleigh, Brooklyn, Boston, Orlando, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles and more.
Killswitch Engage vocalist Jesse Leach said he’s excited to return to the road and perform songs from the band’s latest album, This Consequence.
“I’m extremely excited to get back out on the road supporting our newest album,” Leach said, adding that the lineup makes the tour even more powerful. “This is a stacked and powerful crew of bands that will electrify and dominate wherever we roll up.”
Machine Head frontman Robb Flynn also expressed enthusiasm about the run, noting that while the bands have long respected each other, this will be their first time touring together.
“I’m genuinely fired up to finally be hitting the road with Killswitch Engage,” Flynn said. “Big rooms, big crowds, big nights — this tour is about connection, intensity and reminding people why heavy music hits hardest when it’s experienced together.”
Presale tickets began March 3, with additional presales running through March 5. Tickets for the general public go on sale March 6 at 10 a.m. local time.
