Twisted Sister has officially revealed their first U.S. date for their 2026 reunion run — and it’s happening in an unexpected place. The band will perform on Sept. 4 at the Alaska State Fair in Palmer, marking their first American show since reuniting for their 50th anniversary tour.
More U.S. dates could still be added, but for now, Alaska holds the honor of kicking off the American leg.
Twisted Sister first announced their return in September, confirming plans to hit the road again after nearly ten years away from the stage. Their global tour is set to begin April 25 in São Paulo, Brazil.
Frontman Dee Snider celebrated the milestone with a signature burst of enthusiasm:
“If people still want to see you after fifty years, how can you say no?” Snider said. “In 2026, Twisted F---ing Sister will hit stages worldwide because WE STILL WANNA ROCK!”
This will be the band’s first stretch of shows since November 2016. The 2026 lineup features Snider, guitarists Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda, drummer Joe Franco — who last played with the band on Love Is for Suckers — and bassist Russell Pzutto, who has performed on Snider’s recent solo releases. Original drummer AJ Pero, who joined before their 1982 debut, passed away in 2015.
