Sharon Osbourne has spoken candidly about her grief in the weeks since the death of her husband, legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne.

Taking to Instagram this week, Sharon admitted she is still struggling to find the right words but expressed heartfelt appreciation for the support pouring in from around the world. “I’m still having trouble expressing how thankful I am for the love and encouragement you’ve shown me online,” she wrote. “Every tribute, every message, has given me comfort. They’ve carried me through nights when the silence felt unbearable.”

Alongside her words, Sharon shared a short video of herself and daughter Kelly Osbourne spending time with birds of prey. The imagery, she explained, held deep meaning. “The trust these magnificent birds place in you is based only on confidence and calm. They choose to come to you only when they feel safe,” she reflected. “That bond of trust is something I know well, and the experience was magical.”

She ended her post with a message to her supporters: “I love you all, and I cannot thank you enough for the extraordinary love you continue to send my way.”

Ozzy Osbourne, one of rock’s most iconic voices, died on July 22 at the age of 76. His passing was confirmed by family members, who described him as a beloved husband, father, and grandfather whose music and spirit left an indelible mark on the world.
