From the HPD Facebook page...The female pictured is a suspect in recent credit card thefts and fraudulent charges in Harrisonburg City, Clark County, and Warren County, VA. Credit cards were stolen from vehicles at the Shenandoah National Park, then used by this person to purchase thousands of dollars of merchandise.
