First off, I'll tell you that the Tour de France is probably one of my most favorite events of the year. Pretty much every night this month, I go home and watch the primetime replay of the days racing. I know, weird, right? Well, some of you watch poker on tv. So there. With that out of the way, this is just nuts. Riders in the TDF have to be on the lookout for all sorts of stuff as they race, drunk people along the road, loose dogs, fans getting a little too close for comfort, and now, apparently umbrellas are on the loose and coming after the riders. Watch out! That thing's got bad intentions! Seriously though, had that caused a wreck, there's a good chance a few riders would have been going home with broken collarbones or worse.
