The Army will be introducing a new Combat Fitness Test in 2020, with some new exercises they say will better prepare soldiers for combat. The two hardest exercises on the test are said to be the Hanging Leg Tuck and the Overhead Throw. I've done the Hanging Leg Tuck before, and can tell you, it's harder than it looks.
