According to the Shenandoah National Park Facebook feed: "We've had to close a portion of the A.T. to OVERNIGHT use because two bears were able to access human food and pose a threat. The closure is along the A.T. mile 90 to mile 92.5 (Rip Rap to south of Wildcat Ridge). Doesn't include designated campsites and shelters." Read More HERE
