Employee Fired After Posting TikToks Telling Her Salary Bump At New Job

A Denver tech worker says she was fired after posting TikTok videos explaining how she got a $20k raise at her new job. Lexi Larson started the new job last month, but after she posted videos explaining her $449 bi-monthly salary increase at her new job, she was fired two weeks after she started.

Lexi says her employer found her TikToks and “really, really did not like that I was sharing my salary.” She says she was told she hadn’t broken any company policies, but that the videos made them “question my judgment.”
