Do you use music to lull yourself to sleep? Well, a new study has determined the best songs to listen to. They even devised a "scientific" formula to figure it out.
I won't bore you with the details, but in a nutshell, the songs basically share qualities with lullabies, like tempo and energy. Here's the Top 10 in rock, pop, and hip-hop:
