Residents in Oregon are tired of finding bags of human waste left along roads.
Since 2018, more than 500 bags have been found in east Multnomah County. It's illegal to leave the waste and county code enforcement officials want to find the person responsible. Residents say they don't want to clean up after the perennial pooper.
The county's code enforcement division is asking anyone with tips that can identify the person to contact them. They think it’s the same person each time and the mad pooper hasn’t been caught in the five years they’ve been depositing the poo.
One of the problems is they keep changing the dump location.
