So growing up I did watch a lot of late night TV. Letterman was the king before moving to CBS. Then Letterman's World Wide Pants production company created a show after Dave's show on CBS with Tom Snyder, Craig Kilborn and finally Craig Ferguson as successive hosts. The shows tried and for the most part were, funny and offbeat for different reasons with each different host. The James Corden version of the show that started after Letterman retired and CBS said goodbye to Craig Ferguson, to me is too mainstream for late night. There needs to be some offbeat reason to watch. Corden was like cotton candy - and not even that tasty. And no, I never liked carpool karaoke. Read more HERE
