The National Weather Service is forecasting a second snow event this week for the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region.
Winter Storm Watches have been issued in the Appalachian mountain regions of Virginia and West Virginia, but snow is expected across the metro areas as well Thursday night into Friday morning.
The DC and Baltimore corridor could see anywhere from 2" to 4" based on current forecasts.

conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
