Cleveland Browns fans obviously haven't had much to cheer about for a long time, so you can understand the excitement of getting a top receiver like Odell Beckham Jr. One fan couldn't contain himself, and celebrated by running up and down the street screaming and yelling. His celebration was so wild, it scared a neighbor, and she ended up calling 911, because she was afraid that something was wrong. That must have been some celebration! Watch these videos...too funny!
