This Phoenix City Council Meeting Got Really Weird

The Phoenix Suns want a new arena to play in, and not everyone in Phoenix is excited about it. Like Larry Naman, who shot a city councilwoman back in 1997 because she supported public funding for a baseball stadium. Larry had the floor at last night's city council meeting, and encouraged the city council to put the measure to fund the arena to a public vote, all the while, working in his story of shooting councilwoman Mary Rose Cox.
