Are you ready for Watermelon Steak? Duck's Eatery in NYC now has a new menu item that has people talking. I'm not a huge watermelon guy, but honestly, I'd like to try this. It looks like it takes a looooong time to make, so if you're headed up to NYC and want one, be sure to call ahead and let them know so they can get started.
