6'9" 12 Year Old Destroys Everyone In Youth Basketball

I don't know how this is even allowed. The kid is 6'9" tall and playing against other 12 year olds who are, shall we say, "regular sized" kids. To make it even worse, the rims they're playing on are only 8 feet high, so this kid is dunking flat footed. Don't get me wrong, it's not this kids fault that he's this tall, but maybe they should bump him up to an older league so it's a bit more of a competition for him? He looks like an adult playing against children. It just doesn't seem like it would be much fun, for him or the other kids.
