Officer Winston Bowen was called out for a noise complaint and ended up in a sparring session. It was all in good fun, as the kids throwing the party did turn down the music, and then invited Bowen to join in their parking lot boxing match. It was all in fun, and the kids seemed to love having him there and involved. Good stuff!
