Vince McMahon's mission to revive the XFL has taken a huge step forward in naming Oliver Luck as their new Commissioner and CEO. He's been working for the NCAA as of late, and has headed up professional sports teams in the past. And one has to wonder, if Dad is running the show in the XFL, would Andrew Luck consider making the jump? Probably not.
