This handsome Jack Russel/Dachshund mix is waiting for you at the RHSPCA. Rusty lost his original home to fire, and now is looking for a new beginning. He's lived with other dogs and cats in the past, but Emily says that it would still be a good idea to bring any resident dogs along for a meet and greet.
