Emergency Back Up Goalie Helps Blackhawks Win

Most NHL teams have a guy in town who is considered their "emergency back up" goaltender. A guy who, when their regular goalie is injured, and they can't get a back up from the minors up in time, suits up, and is there, just in case something happens to the regular back up. Usually they're guys who played in college and maybe in the minors briefly. They never expect to get in the game. Scott Foster is a 36 year old accountant, and the Chicago Blackhawks emergency back up...and it's a good thing he was there last night, as the 'Hawks needed his help in the 3rd period. And he made 7 saves to help Chicago get a 6-2 win over Winnipeg. I love it! This guy has a killer story for the rest of his life. Check out the full story HERE
