This is great! Normally, someone making this kind of scene is about to go off on some tirade about how UNHAPPY they are with something, this guy takes a different approach. It even seems like he's upset at first, but in the end, he just wanted the cooks, Jason and Mike, to know that he appreciated their hard work. We should all probably try to do a little more of this, and a little less griping about little, insignificant things. It doesn't cost you anything to be nice.
