I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was a whole lot of fun. The guys in the video can't even seem to agree about what they think will happen, but...you know what, I'm not going to spoil it for you. Watch as they keep moving up and up the tower dropping the bowling ball from various heights, until they finally get to the top. As fun as this looked, I'd hate to be the guy who was running up and down the stairs of this thing with the bowling ball. Maybe they had an elevator? Man, I hope they had an elevator. Otherwise, i think you've got your cardio for a week taken care of here.
